Graham Walker, 74, took to the witness stand in his defence in the trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday (Monday).

When asked about resident Rita Barnsley's will allegedly being changed to make himself, his wife Lyn and former manager Jamiel Slaney-Summers beneficiaries, he said: "I did not know anything about it at the time.

"When I was first shown the will I said I do not want anything to do with it, there was different handwriting in different colours on the will and it just did not look right."
