'Sleep tight precious little ones': Tributes continue to grow at Stafford home where two children were found dead amid murder investigation
Tributes of balloons and teddy bears sit somberly outside a home where two children were found dead.
Dozens of tributes of balloons, flowers, teddy bears and heartfelt notes have been left outside of a Stafford home where two young children were found dead.
It comes after Staffordshire Police were called to a property on Corporation Street, Stafford, at around 7.30am on Sunday, October 12, by West Midlands Ambulance Service colleagues.

On arrival, two children, named by Staffordshire Police as Meraj Ul Zahra, aged two, and Abdul Momin Alfaateh, three, were both found unresponsive and tragically died at the scene.
A 43-year-old woman from the Stafford area was arrested on suspicion of murder and was detained under the Mental Health Act after being assessed by medical professionals.

Now, dozens of tributes lie poignantly on the street, with heartfelt notes paying tribute to the two youngsters.
One note, that was left by residents, reads: "Sleep tight, precious little ones.
"Our thoughts and love are with you and your family."


Teddy bears featuring popular cartoon characters were also placed at the scene, including Minnie Mouse, Paw Patrol and Paddington Bear.
Enquiries into the incident are still ongoing, with Staffordshire Police continuing to appeal for information from anyone who can help with the investigation to get in touch.


Detective Inspector Kirsty Oldfield from Staffordshire Police said: "We are working hard to understand more about what happened leading up to these two children tragically losing their lives.
“We ask that people do not speculate at this stage, as it is distressing for family and friends and could hinder our enquiries.

"We understand that this incident may cause concern in the local community. There is no threat to the wider public.
