Major police investigation after man, 19, shot near Wolverhampton Ring Road
A 19-year-old man was rushed to hospital after being shot in the leg in Wolverhampton.
Emergency services were called to the Peel Street Car Park in central Wolverhampton shortly before 4.40pm yesterday (Sunday).
A 19-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound in the leg and was taken to hospital for treatment, where he remains in hospital today.

Police say detectives are working to establish exactly where the shooting happened, and officers remain at the scene today.
The A4150 Wolverhampton Ring Road was sealed off by police between Chapel Ash and the Penn Road on Sunday afternoon.
There will be an increased police presence in the city centre today, and West Midlands Police has urged anyone with information to get in touch with officers via 101, quoting log 2744.
