Warrant issued for the arrest of AWOL Wolverhampton defendant who allegedly threatened his victim so she would not give evidence against him
A warrant has been issued for an AWOL Wolverhampton defendant who allegedly threatened his victim so she would not give evidence against him.
Shaun Harris, 39, was due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court to face several charges concerning his alleged abuse of the same woman.
However, instead of being in the dock on Monday, Harris was nowhere to be seen forcing his barrister Mr James Walker to explain to the court his client's mobile phone was switched off.
