Thieves snatch laptops and TVs from recycling tip near Wolverhampton
Thieves have snatched laptops and television sets from a recycling tip near Wolverhampton.
The Bilbrook Recycling Centre was broken into and the goods being stored in charity containers snatched between Monday and Tuesday. The theft was discovered by staff when they arrived for work.
Staffordshire Police stated: "We are appealing for information after a recycling centre was broken into and items were stolen in South Staffordshire.
"At around 10am on October 7 we were called to Bilbrook Recycling Centre in Pendeford Mill Lane in Bilbrook following reports of a break-in.
" Unknown offenders had entered the recycling centre overnight and stolen containers containing computers and TVs.
"Our investigation is ongoing. We are appealing for anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage of the area at the time to get in touch."
