The 33-year-old, known as 'Wacka' died on March 23, 2023, just days after he told his doctor "he had been beaten up by eight people".

Four adults and a teenager are on trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court in connection with Mr Adams' death, four of whom are charged with murder.

The court heard about the messages and online activity of Mr Adams in the days before he died.

He sent pictures of his injuries to a friend from the Saturday night fight at The Gough Arms and described them as "war wounds" and complained "you can't go anywhere these days".

Mr Adams had ignored doctor's advice to visit Stone Cross Medical Centre for a check up after calling the GP requesting pain medication on Tuesday, March 21. He wanted something stronger than co-codamol  which he already was taking.
