Driver, 58, appears in court over crash death on M6 near Walsall
A driver has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a crash between a lorry and a motorcycle on the M6 near Walsall.
Jose Sanchez-Rodriguez, aged 58, was charged with the offence after a fatal collision on the M6 between Junctions 10 at Walsall and 11 at Shareshill near Cannock on Monday afternoon(6).
The defendant today appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court as West Midlands Police crash investigators appeal for passing motorway drivers to come forward with footage.

The force stated: "Our investigation into the collision continues and officers from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened. The team would especially like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage from the scene."

The motorway was closed to allow emergency crews and police to carry our their duties at the scene.
Sanchez-Rodriguez was remanded in custody following the hearing.
