'Beautiful soul' found dead in Stourport is named as murder suspect given bail
The devastated family of a man found dead at a Stourport property have described him as a "beautiful soul" in an moving tribute.
Joe Millard, aged 31, was pronounced dead by the emergency services at an address in Oak Apple Close in Stourport on September 29 when they were called to the premises.
Today his family have paid tribute to his memory has it was revealed that detectives have granted bail to a 36-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder as a result of the discovery.
The family's statement released by West Mercia Police read: “Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew, and was at the heart of our family. He was always there for you when you needed him.

“Joe lived life to the full and always had a smile on his face. He had a beautiful soul and was loved by many - his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him."
They also shared a recent photograph of Mr Millard taken at the Black Sabbath Bridge in Birmingham.
Police officers were called to Oak Apple Close at around 9.50am on Monday morning where Mr Millard was found unresponsive inside the property and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The force said: "A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident has been bailed as inquiries continue."
