Man with links to Kidderminster is wanted for breaching prison licence
A man with links to Kidderminster is wanted for breaching the terms of his prison licence.
West Mercia Police has launched a public appeal for help to locate Perry Lowell, aged 35, who is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his community release conditions.
The force said he is known to have connections to the Kidderminster area.
Anyone with any information should contact officers on 101.
