Machete and 100 wraps of class A drugs seized from suspicious car in Wolverhampton as police continue crackdown
Class A drugs, cash and a large knife have been recovered from a car believed to be involved in drug dealing in Graiseley.
West Midlands Police's local neighbourhood team were on patrol around Fellows Street in Graiseley, Wolverhampton on Wednesday afternoon (September 24) when a 'car of interest' was spotted.
Around 100 wraps of class A drugs, a machete and a large quantity of cash were recovered, and a 34-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of a knife.
The man remains in custody as police continue their enquiries.
West Midlands Police says officers are working hard in communities across the city to identify those involved in crime, and urges anyone with information or concerns to contact the force on 101 to report any suspicious activity.
