The action was part of an investigation into reports of vehicle crime where cars were being stolen, cloned, and given false MOT details.
A 'thorough investigation' ensued following the reports, with the force now saying that two further men have been charged.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Martin Gwilliams, aged 35, of Kingswinford, has been charged with conspiring to steal motor vehicles.
"Luke Evans, aged 27, of Wordsley, has also been charged with conspiring to steal motor vehicles. They are due to appear at Dudley Magistrates’ Court on 25 September."
It comes after two other men, Wayne Nicholls, aged 36, and Chad Wright, aged 26, were previously charged with the same offences.
They are due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court today.
