Boy, 14, charged with knifepoint robbery in Wolverhampton
A 14-year-old youth was due to appear before Wolverhampton magistrates charged in connection with an alleged knifepoint robbery.
He was arrested after an incident where three teenagers were robbed near Penn Road island on the ring road on on Tuesday afternoon(Sep2).
The teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, is facing a total of five counts of robbery and possessing a knife.

A 19-year-old man who was also arrested following the same incident has been given police bail while investigations continue.
Officers have separately also charged a 45-year-old man with a number of robberies and thefts after he was arrested at a supermarket in the city on Wednesday morning (Sep3).
Luke Robinson has been charged with seven robberies, four shop thefts and a burglary. He is also due to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates today.
