Police appeal after occupants of cars flee Dudley crash scene
West Midlands Police have launched an appeal after the occupants of two cars fled the scene of a crash in Dudley.
The two vehicle collision occurred on Monday night on Wolverhampton Road, with police, fire and ambulance crews all called to the scene.
However, on arrival, it was discovered that all occupants of both vehicles had fled the scene.
The cars collided with a roadside wall and a telegraph pole.
West Midlands Police have now launched the appeal to ask for help with finding the people responsible.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We were called at just after 10.10pm last night (September 1) to Wolverhampton Road, Dudley, to reports of a collision involving two vehicles.

"Officers responded and all occupants of the vehicles had left the scene. Our enquiries are ongoing.
"If you have any information please call 101 quoting log 5942 of September 1."
A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said: "At approximately 10.20pm on Monday (September 1), we responded to reports of a road traffic collision on Wolverhampton Road, Dudley.
"Two fire engines from Dudley and Bilston fire stations were in attendance.
"This involved two cars. They had collided with a roadside wall and a telegraph pole before coming to rest on all four wheels.

"All occupants of both vehicles had fled the scene prior to our arrival.
"Our crews worked to make the cars safe before leaving the scene in the hands of West Midlands Police just before 11pm."
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC at the junction of Northway and the A459 in Sedgley at 10.11pm yesterday (Monday, September 1), and sent a paramedic officer to the scene.
"On arrival, no patients were found at the scene and we were stood down."
