Two men charged over series of commercial burglary offences in Kidderminster
Two men have been charged with burglary offences following a series of commercial burglaries in Kidderminster.
The burglaries occurred earlier this month and have since seen both Shane Hodgkins and Luke Badham arrested by West Mercia Police and charged with multiple offences around burglary, driving offences and assault.
Hodgkins, 27, of Osborn Road in Birmingham, has been charged with four counts of burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, attempt burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, driving a motor vehicle dangerously, failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable / traffic warden, and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Badham, 25, of Dowles Road in Kidderminster has been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, two counts of burglary other than dwelling - theft, criminal damage to property and assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty.
Hodgkins and Badham appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where they were remanded into custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court at a date to be announced.
