Three people charged as 'significant quantity' of drugs and cash recovered in Wolverhampton

Two men and a woman were charged as part of an investigation by county line officers.

West Midlands Police's County Lines Taskforce officers have charged three people, two men and a woman, on drug-related offences after officers carried out warrants at four properties in Wolverhampton.

Officers carried out the warrants at properties in the Wolverhampton and Pendeford area on Thursday, August 21, seizing a 'significant quantity' of cash and suspected Class A drugs.

Three people, Ricardo Samuels, 33, Kimberley Preece, 34, and Michael Ferringo, 32, all from Wolverhampton, have now been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

The three were remanded into custody and are due to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court today.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We’re continually working to take drugs off the streets and tackle organised crime as part of Operation Target."
