Three men are set to appear at Birmingham Crown Court tomorrow (August 1) in connection with 126 car key or attempted car key burglaries across the Birmingham area.

Following an investigation into the offences, which took place between August 2024 to April of this year, officers arrested Callum James, 23, and Deche Luton-Howe, 24, on April 30, while Jack Bardini, 18, was arrested at the beginning of June.

All three were charged with offences including conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle and conspiracy to conceal criminal property.

The three men are set to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday.

Detective Sergeant James Birles, from West Midlands Police's serious organised crime team, said: "Tackling vehicle crime remains a priority across the West Midlands.

"Our officers are working hard to identify and prosecute anyone involved in committing such crimes."
