Man in charge of people carrier while three times drink drive limit avoids ban
A man who was found in a car while more than three times the legal alcohol limit has avoided a driving ban.
Abedamola Ogundeyi admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal limit when he appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The 38-year-old had initially denied the charge but changed his plea to guilty on the day of his trial.
