Police appealing for information after phone stolen in Wolverhampton
Wolverhampton Police have issued a picture of man after a phone was stolen in the city centre.
Wolverhampton Police tweeted: "Do you know who this is?
"We want to speak to him after a phone was stolen from a store in Wulfrun Centre #Wolverhampton on Monday, April 17.
