Logan Head, of Hawthorne Road, Tipton and Joshua Baker, of Burton Road in Dudley, both aged 19, have been standing trial at Birmingham Crown Court this week.

They both denied possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and an alternate count of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

On Friday, a jury found Head guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and he will be sentenced on July 3.

He was found not guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and Baker was also found not guilty on both charges.

Judge Heidi Kubik KC warned Head he faced an immediate prison sentence and said it was a 'very serious offence'.

She told him: "I make you no promise of anything other than a custodial sentence."
