Urgent appeal launched to track down missing Birmingham man

An urgent appeal has been launched by police to track down a man potentially armed with a knife who has gone missing in Birmingham.

Yaddollah Ghasemi, aged 37, was last seen leaving his flat in the Ladywood area of the city on Friday afternoon.

Police have warned members of the public not to approach him – due to him potentially being in possession of a knife.

He is described as Asian, 6ft tall with a medium-athletic build, and was last seen wearing a red T-shirt with numbers on the front, shorts and blue trainers.

Anyone who spots him should call 999 immediately due to police concerns over his mental health and wellbeing.
