Driver fined after parking across path in Stourbridge
A driver has been fined after parking across a path blocking it for pedestrians.

Police shared an image of the black Vauxhall Corsa parked in Bradley Road, Stourbridge, on Monday.
Stourbridge Police tweeted saying: "Fixed Penalty Notice issued to this vehicle today which was parked in Bradley Road.
"Officers witnessed a member of the public having to walk into the road to pass. #inconsiderate #operationparksafe."
