Wolverhampton man charged with manslaughter of cab driver
A Wolverhampton man is one of two people charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a cab driver.

Ishfaq Hussain, 52, died when his car, a red Skoda Octavia, hit a tree in Ironbridge Road, Madeley, Telford, on August 7, 2017.
John Cox, 32, from Wolverhampton, and Brandon Dowen, 19, from Telford, were arrested on suspicion of murder on August 8, and released under investigation.
They were charged with manslaughter yesterday, and have been bailed to appear before Telford Magistrates on February 26.
Two women, aged 38 and 18, who were also arrested on August 8, have been released, with no further action being taken against them.
