Ewa Jasiewics, aged 36 and Hillary Aked, aged 28, both from London, will appear before Cannock Magistrates Court on August 20, said Staffordshire Police.
Joseph Lee, aged 29, from Islington, has also been bailed to the same date.
It comes after a two-day protest at UAV Engines Limited in Lynn Lane, when eight members of London Palestine Action scaled the roof of the factory and chained themselves to the building.
They claim the factory supplies weapons to Israel.
Five other protestors are continuing to be questioned by Staffordshire Police.
