Stafford man charged with bigamy
A man has appeared in court charged with bigamy.

Robert Yates, 42, of Sidney Avenue, Stafford, is alleged to have gone through a marriage ceremony with Lisa Marie Painter on October 27, 2012, whilst already married.
He is also accused of knowingly making a false declaration for a marriage licence.
He will appear at Stafford Crown Court on June 9 and had unconditional bail.
