Robert McNaughton was sentenced to six months in prison for contempt of court after failing to meet deadlines to remove waste from Refuse Derived Fuel Ltd in Moor Street, Brierley Hill.

But after hearing evidence from the Environment Agency in court, Mr Justice Haddon-Cave dismissed the application and returned Mr McNaughton to prison.
