CCTV released in hunt for West Bromwich burglary suspect
This is the face of a man suspected of burgling a Black Country flat and was released by police in a bid to identify him.
Detectives believe that a man forced open the front door of the third-floor flat in Broome House, Charlemont Farm, West Bromwich, before stealing jewellery, a television and a tablet device.
A police investigation uncovered CCTV of the suspect trying to cash goods at Cash Generator in Birmingham city centre.
The burglary happened between 1.45pm and 6pm on October 1.
Detective Constable James Ashcroft, from West Bromwich Police, said: "This is a really clear image and I'm sure someone will recognise the man and be able to provide us with some information about him.
"We have been following a number of lines of enquiry, including trawling through CCTV footage but have so far been unable to identify the suspect.
"If you know who he is, or have any information about the break-in, contact us as soon as you can."
Anyone with information is urged to call West Bromwich CID on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
