Man charged in link with Sandwell thefts
A man has been charged in connection with a series of thefts in Sandwell.

Unemployed Vasile Dirjan was arrested in connection with three thefts.
A police community support officer was alerted to a purse and mobile phone having been reportedly stolen in West Bromwich last month.
Dirjan, of Shireland Road, Smethwick, has also been charged over two crimes in Bearwood.
The 45-year-old has been bailed to appear before Sandwell Magistrates' Court on November 28.
