Man, 27, charged with manslaughter after pedestrian hit by lorry
A man has been charged with manslaughter after a pedestrian was hit by a lorry in Quarry Bank.

The 26-year-old alleged victim, who has not yet been named, was struck by the vehicle on Thorns Road just after 3:30pm on Tuesday.
Self-employed 27-year-old Garret Fitzpatrick of Bank Street in Brierley Hill, who was arrested yesterday, has been remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
A 21-year-old man who was arrested on Wednesday was released without charge.
