The 23-year-old from Willenhall was appearing before magistrates in Walsall today.

It comes after a police investigation was launched into material posted on the internet which is believed to be of an extreme right wing nature.

The offences are suspected to have taken place at, and following, a music concert held by a far right group in South Wales last March.
