Drug dealer caught after West Bromwich home searched
A man faces jail after admitting drug dealing in West Bromwich.
Police searched Kelvin Fox's flat and found cannabis worth £1,100.
They also found £2,700 in cash, scales with cannabis residue, dozens of sealable bags and an electric grinder.
A phone seized from Fox's flat at Stanton House, on the Charlemont estate, showed evidence of drug dealing.
At Sandwell Magistrates Court, Fox pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug with intent to supply. The court heard police searched Fox's home on January 17. He initially told officers the drugs were for personal use but later admitted being a dealer.
Mr Roger Bleazard, prosecuting, said: "We would suggest this was a significant role due to the large quantity of drugs and cash."
Magistrates adjourned the case until April 25.
