West Bromwich murder victim had throat cut
A murder victim whose body was found floating in a park lake had his throat cut, police revealed today.

The body of 41-year-old Jasbir Singh Bains was found in the boating lake at Dartmouth Park, West Bromwich, last Wednesday.
Detectives and Mr Bains' relatives were meeting at the park, off Lloyd Street, today to launch an appeal for information on his death.
