Man arrested after Hednesford drugs swoop

A man was arrested after police swooped on a flat in Staffordshire and seized suspected drugs.

Published Nov 23, 2012

Police searched the flat in Lomax Road, Hednesford, and found what they believe to be heroin and cannabis.

The man who was detained, thought to be in his late 20s, was released on bail pending further inquiries.

Councillors today voiced concerns about a "drug problem" in the town.
