Forum to present economic prospects
The West Midlands Economic Forum will launch its May Midlands Perspectives report in Birmingham.
The Office for National Statistics releases its first estimate of GDP for the first quarter of 2019 on May 10.
The Aldridge-based forum is inviting businesses on the same day to DLA Piper, Victoria Square House, at 12 noon for the presentation and discussion followed by networking.
The forum will present regional economic trends so far in 2019 and future prospects as Brexit is delayed further.
Panel members will be Fred Haynes, assistant economist, economic advice and analysis, Office of National Statistics; Joe Hayes, economist, economic indices, IHS Markit; Paul Hardy, Brexit director, DLA Piper and Paul Forrest, head of research, Midlands Economic Forum.
