Workshop on energy system

A free workshop looking at changes in the UK's energy system is being held in Birmingham on May 22.

Energy Systems Catapult is hosting the event at its offices on the seventh floor of Cannon House, The Priory Queensway, from 8am to 4pm.

The ATETA project at the University pf Birmingham is organising the workshop on how to profit from the energy system and infrastructure transformation.

There will be speakers from the university, Energy Systems Catapult and Energy Capital. One of the projects to be discussed is the re-purposing of the old Rugeley Power Station site.

It is free to small and medium-sized businesses in the wider Birmingham area.
