JLT Specialty host cyber seminar

Risk management and insurance broking advisers, JLT Specialty, who have Midlands offices in Birmingham and Nottingham, will be hosting a cyber breakfast seminar with Olympic cycling champion Ed Clancy.

It is being held at the University of Birmingham’s newly-opened £55 million state-of-the-art sports and fitness centre on June 7 at 8.30am..

Ed will be joined by team mate Alistair Slater and together they will discuss how an elite sports team collects, uses and protects data.

Zena Wooldridge, director of sport at the university, will give insights into its involvement in the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Colin Taylor, partner at JLT Specialty will discuss the risks associated with data and update delegates on the cyber liability insurance market.

The breakfast seminar is aimed at finance directors and other senior directors. Tours of the new sports and fitness centre will be available during the event.
