County expo returns to racecourse
The Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce annual Let’s Do Business exhibition returns to Uttoxeter Racecourse on June 28.
The countywide exhibition will host more than 100 exhibitors.
Delegate places are free of charge, and in each of the previous three years the expo has seen more than 1,000 visitors.
This year delegates will hear from special guest Michaela Wain, who is best known for appearing in the 2017 series of BBC television show The Apprentice, going all the way to the final and eventually finishing third.
She co-founded her own business Design and Build Publishing, based in Bolton, at the age of 25 and has a personal story of resilience and determination.
Sara Williams, chief executive of Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, said: “Let’s Do Business fully emphasises the chambers’ culture of connectivity, bringing together businesses from across the region in a vibrant hub of opportunity. It is always fantastic to see so many businesses engaging, building new relationships and growing their prospects.
“Staffordshire is home to thousands of thriving businesses and the county is part of the economic engine of growth for the whole of the UK. The Let’s Do Business exhibition showcases the strength of our business community, and is a fundamental part of the Chambers’ mission to help businesses connect, belong and succeed.”
