Aspiring Walsall leaders take part in management course
A group of aspiring leaders have recently completed a leadership and management course with independent training provider Performance Through People.
The course gave participants the chance to boost their leadership skills by working together and sharing ideas from a mix of industries.
Amarni Springer-Johnson, youth engagement manager at Aaina Community Hub in Walsall, said: "The leadership and management course is phenomenal. The tutor Melissa is amazing at what she does.
"She made the sessions flow effortlessly and kept them really engaging so everyone got involved."It's honestly one of the best courses I've ever been on.
"A big part of the programme's success was down to Melissa, whose guidance and friendly approach helped everyone feel confident and take part fully."
Ian Bailey, operations manager at Performance Through People, added: "A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - your enthusiasm, openness and commitment made the sessions truly motivational.
