Home and garden retailer The Range officially opens new Oldbury store - welcoming shoppers with giveaways
A leading UK home retailer has opened a new store, welcoming eager shoppers with giveaways and a new shopping experience.
The grand opening on Friday morning kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the debut of The Range superstore in Oldbury but also the brand-new store highlight, Garden Centre by Homebase.
The ‘Garden Centre by Homebase’ is described as a paradise for green-fingered enthusiasts, offering everything from outdoor plants and gardening tools to essential supplies, and the new hub transforms the store into a one-stop destination for all home and garden improvements.
Crowds gathered early to be among the first through the doors, with the first 50 customers receiving a goodie bag packed with top products.
Even more prizes were up for grabs, including the Black & Decker Combi Drill and Cordless Mouse Sander, while shoppers were also treated to expert tips and demos from brand representatives, including Westlands, who were on hand to showcase the latest products and offer exclusive promotions.

The Oldbury location also follows The Range’s commitment to being dog-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs on leads to join the shopping fun.
This newly opened store also features the free Click & Collect service, allowing customers to shop either online at www.homebase.co.uk or therange.co.uk and grab their purchases in-store within 60 minutes.
