Student discounts and new job opportunities on offer at McArthurGlen West Midlands
One of the region's largest retail outlets is running a series of events to help students find discounts and jobseekers find the right job for them.
McArthurGlen West Midlands is looking to help students by offering a range of exclusive, time-limited discounts on different brands and eateries at the retail outlet in Cannock.
The promotion started at the beginning of September and will run until October 19, giving students plenty of time to take advantage of the discounts of offer.
A spokeswoman for McArthurGlen West Midlands said: "Understanding the student lifestyle, McArthurGlen West Midlands is making it easier for students to stay on-trend without breaking the bank.
"Their 'Always On' student offers provide year-round discounts across a range of fashion and lifestyle brands.
"To further sweeten the deal, they are running exclusive, time-limited discounts, including 20 per cent off at Lacoste, 25 per cent off at Levi’s, 20 per cent off at The North Face, 15 per cent off at Meli, 15 per cent off at Kouzina, 20 per cent off at Slim Chickens and 20 per cent off at Lyy & Scott.
"This initiative is perfect for students looking to refresh their wardrobes, grab a bite to eat, or find great deals as they settle into the academic year."
The outlet will also be looking to expand its workforce as it hosts a careers fair on Thursday, October 9.
Running from 5pm to 8pm, the fair will be a chance for jobseekers to meet with the different brands at the outlet and talk to them about the different roles on offer.
A spokeswoman for McArthurGlen West Midlands said: "This is a unique opportunity for job seekers to meet directly with representatives from their favourite brands within the outlet and learn exactly how they can break into the retail industry across high street fashion, food, and luxury goods.
"Attendees should make their way to Guest Services upon arrival, where they will receive a list of participating brands with roles including Full Time & Part Time Sales Associates, Supervisors, and Managers."
