Specsavers opticians looking to move into former Wolverhampton Ladbrokes betting shop
Optician chain Specsavers has lodged plans to move into a former betting shop in Wolverhampton.
The business has applied to the city council for permission to relocate to the premises in Queen Square previously occupied by Ladbrokes.
Specsavers wants to fit a new new shop front and six new air conditioning units in the rear yard. It currently has a branch in the Wulfrun Centre. Ladbrokes is now operating at premises in the Mander Centre.
