Swift deal sees Hortons secure new tenant at fully let Aldridge industrial estate

The unit, known as L1, was the first to become available at Anchor Brook for two years and attracted strong interest from multiple parties, going under offer within two weeks of the previous tenant vacating.

Located between Sutton Coldfield and Walsall, Anchor Brook offers good transport links to local towns and the motorway network.

Hortons has owner-managed the 28-acre estate for more than 20 years, investing in refurbishment and new development to retain long-term occupiers and attract a diverse range of businesses. 

Recent projects include a purpose-built 35,000 sq ft facility for Brennan Industries Inc and a purpose-built Greggs outlet serving on-site occupiers and the surrounding community.
