Popular Hagley restaurant and bar to launch new menu with flavours of the east
A popular restaurant and wine bar in Hagley is relaunching with a new menu fusing Korean and Japanese flavours.
West One in Worcester Road is holding a re-opening evening a week on Thursday, August 28 where guests will be be able to try the new menu, which will be available in the upstairs dining area and the downstairs bar.

Called East Restaurant at West One, it is described as 'Pan Asian favourites from bold Korean flavours to delicate Japanese bites' and will use fish and ingredients imported from both countries.
A new chef is already working there with a number of years experience of working in kitchens in London and he has already designed the menu which manager Claire Leddington says will prove popular.
She said: "We last re-launched the menu at West One after Covid and it proved as popular as ever but it is important to keep up-to-date with trends and more importantly what customers want.
"I am really excited about the new menu, which will be available in the restaurant or for people who are enjoying a drink downstairs and we are confident it will be very popular."
