Offers in the region of £80,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for the plots at the estate located off Plant Street.

Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “Both plots have the potential for development, subject to planning, at a well-established industrial estate.

“They are situated within an established industrial area, while the estate benefits from secure parking, external storage and gated access.”

Plot one extends to 2,016 sq ft, with plot two, currently a dilapidated commercial building, extending to 4,086 sq ft.

Dadsford Bridge Industrial Estate, just outside Brierley Hill town centre, has convenient access to the motorway networks, with Junctions 2 and 3 of the M5 motorway within eight miles.
