Estate agents say gold award win is 'a real testament to the commitment and professionalism of our team'

The residential sales and letting agents, who have branches across the West Midlands, have been awarded the EA Masters Gold Award for Lettings, earning a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2026.

Each year, the Best Estate Agent Guide team conducts a comprehensive performance assessment in the industry, reviewing thousands of estate and letting agencies, with awards handed out after an in-depth national assessment covering websites, data analysis and professional mystery shopping - ensuring only the top performing agencies are recognised.

Earlier this year, the business expanded its portfolio to include the management of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), enabling them to meet the varied needs of property owners and investors. 

The gold award highlights the strength of the firm's property management service, particularly at a time when new legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Bill currently in its final stages in the House of Commons, is set to bring further changes for landlords and tenants this autumn.
