Estate agents say gold award win is 'a real testament to the commitment and professionalism of our team'
DB Roberts has picked up a prestigious gold award cementing the firm's position as one of the top letting agents in the UK.
The residential sales and letting agents, who have branches across the West Midlands, have been awarded the EA Masters Gold Award for Lettings, earning a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2026.

Each year, the Best Estate Agent Guide team conducts a comprehensive performance assessment in the industry, reviewing thousands of estate and letting agencies, with awards handed out after an in-depth national assessment covering websites, data analysis and professional mystery shopping - ensuring only the top performing agencies are recognised.
Lisa Edwards, head of property management at DB Roberts and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, said: "Being awarded the EA Masters Gold Award for Lettings is a real testament to the commitment and professionalism of our team.
"We are proud to provide a trusted lettings service to landlords and tenants, backed by industry knowledge and a focus on exceptional customer service."
With branches covering Wolverhampton, Stafford, Cannock, Telford, Wellington and Shrewsbury, DB Roberts provides lettings services across all areas and currently manages several hundred rental properties.
Earlier this year, the business expanded its portfolio to include the management of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), enabling them to meet the varied needs of property owners and investors.
The gold award highlights the strength of the firm's property management service, particularly at a time when new legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Bill currently in its final stages in the House of Commons, is set to bring further changes for landlords and tenants this autumn.
Lisa added: "Our expert property managers help landlords ensure they are compliant with both current regulations and future changes, giving peace of mind at a time of evolving legislation."
