More than 15 new jobs are being created on the back of the investment.

The pub will have spaces to dine and drink, with a front and back bar, plus lounge area available for private dining. The atmosphere will be relaxed with customers welcome to eat and drink anywhere in the pub.

The tired looking interior will be redecorated throughout, with new paint colours, feature wallpaper, new flooring, different styles of furniture and lighting to create a lighter, more contemporary look and feel. The toilets will also be upgraded with new vanity units and sanitary ware, mirrors, lighting and flooring.

New equipment in the kitchen will enable a quality-led food offering.
