Brierley Hill commercial property sold to Stewardson Developments in Cradley Heath
A Brierley Hill industrial unit has been sold to Black Country developers and investors Stewardson Developments.
Hexagon Commercial Property has announced the successful sale of Unit 10, Pedmore Road, Brierley Hill, to Phil and Mark Stewardson of Cradley Heath.

The well-known duo secured the property after strong interest from multiple parties, underlining the continued demand for industrial opportunities within the region.
Hexagon acted on behalf of the vendor throughout the sale, managing a swift and strategic disposal process that concluded with Stewardson Developments emerging as the successful buyers.
Phil and Mark Stewardson have ambitious plans for the building, with a substantial investment earmarked to restore the property to its former glory.
Once works are completed, the building will be brought back to market to let, exclusively through Hexagon Commercial Property.

Jack Summers, who handled the sale on behalf of Hexagon, said: “We were delighted with the strong level of interest we received in this opportunity, which reflects both the quality of the asset and its location.
“It’s great to see the property go to such experienced and proactive local investors, and we’re looking forward to working with Phil and Mark again when the building is brought to market.”
Phil Stewardson, director of Stewardson Developments, added: “We’re really pleased to have acquired Unit 10. It’s a solid building in a great location with lots of potential.
“We intend to invest heavily to breathe new life into it and create a quality space for future tenants.
“We’ve worked with Hexagon a number of times now and their professionalism and local knowledge always impress us.”
