Birmingham City Council selling detached home at auction with £100,000 price tag
Birmingham City Council is selling off a detached family home in Tyseley in Bond Wolfe's July auction.
The three-bedroomed property at 126 Yarnfield Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, is in need of modernisation and has a guide price of £100,000+.
It is among the lots set to feature in the auction house's livestreamed sale on Thursday July 10, starting at 8.30am.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “The house stands next door to Yarnfield Primary School and is just a few minutes’ walk from Spring Road train station.
“It is in need of refurbishment and modernisation but offers tremendous value to both buy-to-let investors and house hunters looking for their next step on the property ladder.”
The detached house stands behind a driveway, with gardens to the rear. Downstairs is a hall, two reception rooms and a dining kitchen with pantry.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom, and the property has gas central heating and double glazing fitted.
The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
