Earlier this month it signed a new affinity partnership with Dee Valley Water, a business providing water services to over 250,000 Customers in North East Wales.

On July1 it completed the acquisition of Utility Service Partners, adding 400,000 customers and bringing the total number of US customers to 2.7 million.

It will announce its interim results to the end of September on November 22.
