'It shows freehold industrial opportunities remain in demand,' agent says as Harris Lamb sells industrial freehold in Bloxwich
Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have sold a freehold industrial building in Bloxwich to an offsite manufacturing business in the mechanical and electrical building service sector.
The Fryers Road property has been bought by Wednesbury-based manufacturer Strut Direct, which in the last 14 years has developed the StrutFoot system for the M&E building service sector to support HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment, cable management and mechanical services without the need to penetrate the roof membrane.

The property extends to approximately 18,908 sq ft with two-storey offices and a fenced car park and service yard to the front.
Matthew Tilt, director at Harris Lamb, who oversaw the sale, said: “We were very pleased with the strong level of interest generated in the building from an early stage.
"It shows that freehold industrial opportunities remain in demand from owner occupiers despite the wider economic challenges.“
Harris Lamb was instructed to sell the former Lichtgitter UK property on Fryers Road after acquiring a larger HQ facility for the business in Norton Canes.
