Woman appears in court charged with supplying monkey dust in Stafford

A woman has appeared in court charged with drug supply charges in Stafford.

Hayley Brayne, aged 34, appeared at Newcastle-Under-Lyme Magistrates Court charged with being involved in the offer to supply a class B drug in Stafford.

Brayne, of Stafford, was charged after officers carried out a search in the Kingston Hill area on Sunday, March 8, and appeared at Newcastle-Under-Lyme Magistrates Court on March 9.

She was remanded into custody ahead of another hearing at Stafford Crown Court on Friday, April 10.

A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: "Hayley Brayne, aged 34, of Stafford, has been charged with being involved in an offer to supply a class B drug.

"It comes as officers carried out a search in the Kingston Hill area yesterday (Sunday 8 March).

"She appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Monday 9 March), where she was remanded into custody ahead of another hearing at Stafford Crown Court on Friday 10 April."
